Revenue reports
Revenue reports show you how much money your event has brought in. It's the quickest way to see how sales are pacing and whether you're on track toward your goals.
Viewing revenue for an event
Open the event you want to check and go to its reporting area. You'll see a summary of what the event has earned so far. Use this to keep a pulse on how sales are going, for example, to see whether a recent email push or an early-bird deadline moved the needle.

Because the report updates as new registrations come in, you can check it any time to get a current read rather than waiting until the event is over.
Viewing revenue across your organization
If you run more than one event, you can step back and look at all of them together at the organization level. This rolls your events into one view so you can see your total earnings and compare how different events are performing side by side.
This is handy for season-wide or year-wide planning, when you care less about any single event and more about the bigger picture.

What it helps you understand
- Whether sales are pacing the way you expected as your event date approaches.
- Which events are your strongest earners.
- How much you've brought in overall, at a glance.
Revenue reports give you the high-level totals. To see the money behind a single registration, an individual payment, a refund, or a change to an order, go to Orders & Payments. That's also where payouts to your bank are explained.
