Registration analytics
Registration analytics show you how many people are signing up for your event and how that's changing over time. Where revenue reports focus on money, this focuses on people and momentum.
Tracking registrations over time
Open your event's reporting area to see how registrations are adding up. Rather than a single number, you get a sense of the trend, whether sign-ups are climbing steadily, picking up speed, or leveling off.

Watching the trend is often more useful than watching the total. A steady climb tells you interest is holding; a sudden jump after an announcement tells you that message landed; a flat stretch might be a nudge to send a reminder.
Using what you see
- Time your outreach. If registrations slow down, it may be a good moment for a reminder email or a fresh push.
- Judge your pace. Compare where you are now to where you'd hoped to be by this point.
- Spot what works. Notice which moments, a deadline, a promotion, a social post, drove the biggest bumps, and lean into them next time.
Where traffic and conversion live
Registration analytics tell you how many people signed up. To understand how many people visited your event page and what share of them went on to register, look at your landing page's own analytics. Those live right alongside the page, see Landing page analytics.
Read the two together: your landing page shows how many visitors arrived and converted, and registration analytics show how those sign-ups build over time. Together they tell you both how well your page is doing its job and how your event is filling up.
