Reports & Analytics
Reports help you answer two big questions: How much money is coming in? and How is registration going? Sunfish gives you a high-level view of both, so you can see how sales are pacing and where your registrations are coming from, without digging through individual orders one at a time.
What Sunfish shows you
There are two main kinds of reporting.
Revenue reporting tells you how much an event has brought in. You can look at a single event on its own, or step back and see all of your events together across your whole organization. This is the place to check how sales are tracking toward your goals.
Registration analytics tells you how many people are signing up and how that's trending over time. It helps you see whether registrations are speeding up, slowing down, or holding steady as your event date approaches.
These reports are meant for a high-level read on how things are going. When you need the details behind a single purchase, who paid what, or a specific refund, head to Orders & Payments.
Where each report lives
- Revenue and registration trends live in your event's reporting area, with an organization-wide view for looking across every event at once.
- Landing page traffic and conversion, how many people visited your event page and how many of those went on to register, lives right alongside the landing page itself. See Landing page analytics.
