Managing orders
Your event keeps a list of every order placed for it. This is where you go to check what someone bought, confirm whether they've paid, and follow up if a payment is still outstanding.
Viewing your orders
Open your event and go to its orders. You'll see a list of every registration, along with the order number, who placed it, the amount, and whether it's paid or still awaiting payment.

Select any order to open its detail page. There you'll find the full picture: the attendee's information, the tickets or items they registered for, the total, and a running history of everything that's happened to the order, payments, changes, and refunds.

Finding a specific attendee's order
If you're trying to track down one person, you can search or filter the orders list by their name, email, or order number. Every attendee's registration is tied to an order, so once you find them, you're looking at everything about their purchase.
Ask the attendee for their order number if they have their confirmation handy, it's the fastest way to land on the right order.
Resending a payment link
Sometimes a registration is started but the payment doesn't go through, the person got interrupted, or chose to pay later. Those orders show up as awaiting payment.
For an unpaid order, you can resend the payment link so the attendee can finish paying. They'll get a fresh link that takes them straight to checkout for that order.
Resending a link doesn't charge anyone automatically, it simply gives the attendee another chance to complete the payment themselves. Once they pay, the order updates on its own.
If a registration needs to change rather than just get paid, see Modifying a registration. To cancel someone or return their money, see Refunds & cancellations.
