Event Dashboard

The event dashboard is your at-a-glance home for a single event. It pulls together how the event is set up and a few headline numbers, so you can quickly confirm everything looks right and see how registration is going.

What the dashboard shows

Think of the dashboard as a summary, not a control panel. It's designed to answer "is this event ready, and how's it doing?" in one glance.

  • Setup summary, a quick read on how your event is configured: whether payments are on, whether groups are on, your venue and dates, and whether the landing page is published. It's an easy way to spot something that isn't set up the way you meant.
  • Headline numbers, the key figures that tell you the state of your event, like registrations so far and other top-line totals.

From the dashboard you can jump into the areas you need to work on, whether that's tickets, questions, or your landing page.

Where deeper analytics live

The dashboard is intentionally light. When you want to dig into the details, head to the places built for it:

  • Reports, detailed breakdowns of registrations, orders, revenue, and attendees. This is where you go to slice the numbers and export data.
  • Landing page analytics, how your landing page is performing, including visits and how many turn into registrations.
tip

Use the dashboard as your daily check-in and Reports for your deep dives. If a headline number on the dashboard looks surprising, Reports is where you'll find the story behind it.

note

The dashboard reflects your event's timezone, so dates and time-based figures match how your attendees experience the event.
