Tickets & Pricing
Tickets are what your attendees choose during registration. Every attendee picks at least one ticket, whether your event is free or paid. A ticket carries a name, a price, and a few optional rules that control when it's available and how many you'll sell.
Ticket Types
Ticket types are the options your attendees choose from when they register. You can offer one ticket or many, each with its own name and price.
Availability & Quantity
Beyond a name and price, each ticket can have rules for when it's on sale and how many you'll sell. These are optional, leave them off and the ticket is simply available with no limit.
Groups (Registration Types)
Groups, also called registration types, are an optional way to segment your attendees. Each attendee belongs to one group, and you can tailor what they see and pay based on which group they're in.
Add-ons & Additional Items
Add-ons are extra items attendees can buy while they register, on top of their ticket. They're a simple way to offer more without creating separate tickets.
Refund Policies
A refund policy is a set of rules that decide how much an attendee gets back if they cancel, and when. You create a policy once and attach it to the tickets it should cover, so refunds follow consistent terms instead of being decided case by case.
Fees
Sunfish adds a small platform fee to each order. This section explains what it is, who can pay it, and what your attendees see at checkout.
