Managing attendees

The attendee list is where you keep your roster up to date. You can browse everyone who has registered, open a single person to review or fix their details, and remove someone if they can no longer attend.

Viewing and filtering the list

The list shows every attendee for the event along with their status. When you have a large roster, narrow it down to find the people you need, for example by status or by searching for a name. This is handy for spotting who still needs attention or pulling up one person quickly.

Editing an attendee's details and answers

Open any attendee to see their full registration. This includes their contact information and the answers they gave to your registration questions.

If something needs correcting, a misspelled name, an updated email, or a changed answer, you can edit it right there. Save your changes when you are done, and the registration updates immediately.

Viewing an attendee's change history

Each attendee keeps a history of the changes made to their registration. Open the history to see what changed and when. This is useful when you want to confirm an edit was made, or understand how a registration reached its current state.

Cancelling an attendee

If someone can no longer attend, you can cancel them. Cancelling removes them from your active roster while keeping a record of the registration.

When there was a payment involved, you can choose to issue a refund as part of the cancellation. To understand how refunds work and what your attendee will see, read Refunds & cancellations.

tip

Cancelling changes an attendee's status but keeps their record, so you always have a full picture of your event's history.
