Exporting attendees
Exporting attendees
Sometimes you need your roster outside of Sunfish, to build a report, print name badges, share a list with a colleague, or keep a copy for your records. Exporting gives you a spreadsheet of your attendees that you can open and use however you like.
What's included
An export contains your attendees and the details you have collected for them, including their status and the answers they gave to your registration questions. Each attendee is a row, and each piece of information is a column, so the file is easy to sort, filter, and read.

Starting an export and downloading the result
Choose to export your attendees, and Sunfish prepares the file for you. Larger events can take a little while to gather everything, so the export runs in the background, you do not have to wait and watch it.
When the file is ready, you can download it and open it in your spreadsheet program.

An export is a snapshot from the moment you create it. If your roster changes afterward, run a fresh export to get the latest information.
